Earlier this week we brought you the brief story of Cassandra Talbot who was a wanted fugitive out of Sangamon County (WANTED FUGITIVE ALERT!! – CASSANDRA AKA CASSIE M. TALBOT!!).
Meet Cassandra Talbot, this is the mugshot from her original arrest!
Cassandra had missed court on 2014-DT-001048 & 2015-DT-000128 in Sangamon County.
2015-DT-000128 is for November 25th, 2014 charge of DUI ANY AMOUNT OF DRUG.
2014-DT-001048 is for November 25th, 2014 charge of DUI ALC/INTOX COMPOUND/DRUG.
Both cases she has entered a plea of not guilty and are still in Pre-Trial Status. On both cases she had already previously skipped a court hearing and had a warrant for her arrest which she was picked up on in late August of this year after being on the run for around 30 days.
This is Cassandra’s Mugshot from the first time she missed court and was a wanted fugitive for around 30 days.
In 2009-DT-001881 Rose here was arrested and charged with DRVG UNDER INFLU OF ALCOHOL for a December 18th, 2009 incident by the Sangamon County Sheriffs Office.
Rose ended up pleading guilty to the charge and received a fine and some probation in May of 2010.
One user wrote in to tell ask us is it hereditary that a mother daughter both get arrested for DUI? Is it just a child following his/her mother’s foot steps? Who knows its probably just coincidental, but not matter what its sad.
Its a shame so many people are arrested for DUI’s, people please call a cab or fetch an Uber its not worth it!
